There is a metal gate west of the driveway for 150 Webster Rd where one can see the remnants of an old cart path that is the easement, length is about 1,400' to get to the land. Access to utilities is not possible. Disclosure: about 60% of the way in, the easement is not passible by foot. Years back someone set 2 large rocks blocking the path which caused dense overgrowth & pricker bushes, making that portion of the easement location unclear, and causing one to have go on to the neighbor's land to continue further toward this lot, which such permission has neither been denied nor granted.
