In 1998 the house was lovingly restored by the owner, the late Brad Sweet and renowned historic antique renovator, Skip Broom. The main house, workshop and cottage, where Impressionist Matilda Browne painted in the early 1900's, make up some of the property which sits on a little over an acre.
