Step into the living room and find lots of comfortable seating amid quaint beach decor. Off the living room to the left are three bedrooms, brightly painted and cheerful. The eat-in kitchen is behind the living room and features handsome wooden cabinets. Out the back door is a spacious deck (vinyl decking material) with lots of seating and a table for outdoor dining. Off the deck is the enclosed outside shower (the only shower!) that most vacationers have come to love for the fresh air experience. A good sized shed, perfect for storing beach gear, bikes and lawn tools, is an added convenience in the back yard. The Point O'Woods Association offers a number of amenities -- private beach, boat basin, boardwalk, pavilion, playscape, basketball, tennis and bocce courts. Security guards are on duty during the summer season. A dedicated, hardworking Board of Governors strive to meet the needs of the community year-round.
